Il prossimo 8 aprile si terrà l’annuale cerimonia dei BAFTA Game Awards, ovvero le premiazioni a tema videoludico della “British Academy of Film and Television Arts” incentrate sulle uscite dell’anno 2024. Dato l’avvicinarsi della data della cerimonia, l’organizzazione britannica ha recentemente aggiornato la lista di tutti i giochi contendenti e le singole categorie di premiazione.
Nel mese di dicembre 2024 era già stata presentata una lista preliminare, in cui figuravano dieci titoli per ognuna delle 17 categorie. Ad oggi, il numero di giochi è stato ridotto, passando a sei titoli per categoria. Tra i nomi che hanno conquistato più nomination, spicca in particolar modo Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, nonostante quest’ultimo (insieme a insieme a Metaphor: Re Fantazio) non abbia curiosamente conquistato un posto tra i finalisti del gioco dell’anno.
